Mithela started as a vision I have nurtured since my teenage years—driven by a dream of creating something truly remarkable. Bangladesh, with its rich history in the textile and garment industry, inspired me to leave my own mark on this thriving sector. What began as a small textile firm has grown into the success we see today. The journey was anything but smooth, filled with challenges and obstacles. Yet, giving up was never an option. Mithela is a passion project close to my heart, and I am fully committed to transforming it into a world-class enterprise that others can look to for inspiration.

Our journey toward sustainability culminated in the creation of a state-of-the-art, environmentally friendly factory, earning us the prestigious world’s first LEED Platinum-certified green textile factory, setting the benchmark for sustainable and ethical practices in our industry. MTIL is known for its quality products. be it - woven textiles, printed fabrics, finishing or dyeing. And the credit for maintaining and constantly improving the quality goes to Md. Kayes Khan. As a director, his core job is to ensure that every textile that is fabricated is of supreme quality, and is triple-checked before being delivered to the respected clients. Last, but not the least, he is evergreen by heart and a nature lover.
